The eye should learn to listen before it looks

Hello, my name is Tim and I’m a landscape/seascape photographer from historic and sunny Pontefract in West Yorkshire. My photography is all over the internet and has been published in too many places to mention here. The important thing to me in 2021 is experiencing the sights, sounds, and smells of nature, any keepers I bring home on the camera’s memory card are a pleasurable bonus and how I am able to fund my love for photography.

You don't take a photograph, you make it.

Having started taking photography seriously, in a pleasurable sort of way of course, back in 2013, what are 8 things I like or dislike about photography in 2021?

60%Technical side

88%Exploring new places

69%Seeing the world in new ways

50%People

95%Experiencing nature

90% Image processing

91%Clearing my mind

16%Driving

Hull Marina Sunset
Saltburn Pier

Which of my photographs is my favorite? The one I’m going to take tomorrow.
